"Fun with clothes on"

Again, for the tenth day in a row I wake up to his Good Morning text, and then a few texts later he’s talking about sleeping in our own beds again. He wants a chill night and a good night sleep. I get it, I don’t have to spend the night. So I ask for clarification. Are we just not spending the night together or are we not having sex. According to him, “us just fucking isn’t right” because he doesn’t see a relationship going past his time here. I’m not expecting it will at this point, but also see no issue with us fucking the entire time he's here. He’s not into FWB, looking for something deeper, he made bad decisions our first night, he apologizes. WTF??? He “loves” spending time with me, just feels like he needs some boundaries. Honestly, between this, the personal things he’s told me about previous relationships, and the amount of therapy he’s been through...the red flags are a turn on. Kidding. I text, "let’s just have fun", he says “fun with clothes on”. Um...
